Running - Almost Summer
Now that the LI Marathon Weekend is behind us, everyone seems to be in summer running mode. I may still be running in long sleeve, but I seems to be the only one that I see on the roads that still dresses like it is February. Everyone else is breaking out the short sleeves, and storing away the wind breakers and long tights. The trails are busier now that I have seem them in months. It certainly is a great time of the year to enjoy the natural beauties of Long Island which are in full bloom. See you on the roads and trails.
