New Year Running

OK. New Year's Resolution: Run More. Run smarter. Do not overtrain. Do more cross training. Make less excuses for not training. Run outside more.
I know. I know. It sounds exactly like last year's resolution and that did not work out too well. But last year had a lot of other things going on - like worrying about my job - that kept me focused on things other than working out. But this year, no excuses. This time I mean it.
